Suferma is early. The way we have chosen to be early is to write things down.
- Decisions are recorded.
- Every material decision is written down with who made it, on what authority, on what evidence, and when.
- Claims need evidence.
- Nothing is published about a product until someone has checked that the product does it today. This page was written that way, and there is a script that checks it.
- Limits are stated with the controls.
- Where something is not in place, we say so rather than describe it as coming.
What we do not claim
Most of this is what a health-software page usually says. We are not in a position to say it, so we will not.
- No certification, registration, approval or accreditation.
- We hold none, and we do not describe ourselves as compliant with any law or standard.
- No clinical function.
- Suferma RX records what a person does. It does not check a dose, flag an interaction, score a risk or advise on a decision, and nothing in it should be relied on for one.
- No security claim.
- We do not tell you that your data is secure, encrypted, audited or backed up. Ask us what is actually in place and you will get it in writing.
- No uptime figure, service level or response time.
- Nothing measures them.
- No customer names, counts, testimonials or case studies.
- We have published none, and we will not until there is something to publish and permission to publish it.
- No published price.
- Write to us about your pharmacy and we will take it from there.
- No product other than Suferma RX.
- Nothing else exists to be sold, and this page does not imply otherwise.
What we are trying to build
We are building this over decades, not quarters.
The intention is to build software for the health sector over a long horizon, and to build it so that it is accountable in every place it operates.
That is an intention, not a plan we are asking you to rely on. It names no product, carries no date, and is not a commitment, a forecast or a projection. What exists today is Suferma RX, and this page says nothing else exists.
